Shipping Process

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information. Package transit time typically takes 4–5 days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, resulting in a total delivery timeframe of around 5–7 business days.
Potential Delays
If the maximum time for order delivery has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.
Cancellations
