    How to Start a Return

    To initiate a return, email info@thyraclub.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email info@thyraclub.com as soon as possible with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost.
