What is the order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 12:00 GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Your order typically arrives within 5–7 business days:

  • Processing time: 1–2 days (Monday–Friday)
  • Package Transit time: 4–5 days (Monday–Friday)
How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If the maximum time for order delivery has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting info@thyraclub.com.

Once it has shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

What is your return policy?

You cab return your item within 30 days from delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • It’s in original packaging with all tags attached

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
